How much is it going to cost?
Our rates vary based upon the type of matter handled, individual complexities of the case,
amount of time needed to prepare among other factors. Only after a consultation will the
attorney be able to give a quote for fees and costs. A payment plan might be arranged
under certain circumstances. We strive to make our services affordable and look forward
to representing our clients through the entire path to citizenship.
How much does the initial consultation cost?
The cost for the initial consultation is $250. The cost for detained case/jail
visits is $750 in the Nashville local area. Call for rates in other locations.
Is there an "amnesty" available for someone who enters
the United States without inspection, or illegally?
Generally there is not, but that depends on the date of entry, whether or not a petition
was previously filed and other factors. You must consult with an attorney to accurately
answer this question as it applies to the circumstances of the person in question.
